Terms and conditions:
- To secure the reservation it’s required 50% of total amount to be prepaid till 15 days after hotel confirmation. The rest 50% – payable on the arrival day at the Reception.
- You may cancel your reservation for free, until 7 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before arrival, the penalty it will be for the firs night.
- In case of No show – penalty 50% of total reservation amount.
- Regarding the possibility of travelling and COVID-19, we would like to assure You that if there is a case of force majeure situation – closed borders from Bulgarian or guest’s country side, we’ll refund the money of the reservation. If there are any health problems with one of the guests ( approved with a medical document ), we’ll refund the money of the reservation. Please be noticed that in any other case of modification, cancellation or no show, the amount for the reservation is non refundable and the hotel has a right to retain the total booking amount as a penalty fee!
